Today create the space of infinite, calm courage. Sit in easy pose every 3 hours for 3-11 minutes. Lift right arm straight up and hug the ear, palm faces left, left arm out to side palm faces up with long deep breathing, focus eyes at tip of the nose.
Use the 8th body, the pranic body, to calmly create and bring into awareness infinite courage. Do at least 3 minutes then switch sides . Throughout the day keep your experience of being infinitely courageous and calm as your focus.
