Be and act as a yogi. Sit in easy pose, inhale hands out to the side, exhale move hands into prayer pose at the heart center. Deep breath, mentally chanting Sat on the inhale, and Nam on the exhale. Do this for 11 minutes every 3 hours. Affirm: I am connected to my self as a yogi and dwell in that space all day with every breath. The breath has to be powerful and loud. At the end of the 11 minutes inhale and hold, apply mul bhand hold for 20 seconds focus at the 3 rd eye.
