Sit in easy pose arms out at 60 degrees, fingers tucked into pads of palms, thumbs out. Breath of fire for 3 minutes, focus at the 3rd eye. Bring palms together at the 3rd eye, thumbs lightly pressing at the corner of the eye socket, closest to the nose. Breath of fire for 3 minutes. Repeat the same 2 asanas for 3 minutes with long deep breathing. Enjoy the Security this creates in your calm inner home. Repeat 4 times today.
