Sit in easy pose, focus at the 3rd eye. Inhale through the left nostril and exhale through the left nostril for 11 minutes then lie in corpse pose palms facing up, for 11 minutes. Do this set twice today . Notice the calmness within. Practice corpse pose 2 times a day no more than 11 minutes. Rejuvenate your adrenals and enjoy your inner calm home.
