Meditation: To Create Your Destiny & Harmonize the 8th Body
Part 1. Easy Pose with hands in gian mudra on knees. Inhale in four parts and visualize white light coming in through the crown chakra. Exhale slowly in one long breath and visualize
a blue light, like a gas flame, emanating from each of your pores and filling your aura. Continue for 5-15 minutes.
Lie down in Corpse Pose and rest for 3 minutes.
2. Repeat the meditation and increase the inhale from 4 to 9 parts. Continue for 5-15 minutes. Relax in Corpse Pose for 3 minutes.
This kriya will produce a lot of psychic heat, which creates deep clearing. Do this once in the morning and once in the evening. Enjoy the addition to you room that holds courage and mastery. During this month you are creating a calm inner home with great reserves of sacred spaces to draw from any time you choose.
