Adding more creative abilities as a yogi to our calm, balanced inner home.

Sit in easy pose and place hands in the yogi’s mudra at the heart center. Inhale and turn the head to the left and chant Wha, then come back to the middle chant He’ and turn to the right and chant Guru. Do this for 22 minutes twice today. Fill you inner home with the balanced state of being that a yogi carries in their inner home. Review or celebrate how your are decorating your new inner home with skills that go with you wherever you go. We are mastering the self (10 bodies), and can then fill our inner home with the qualities of the 10 bodies.
