Sit in easy pose. Place the hands in Ganesh mudra at the 3rd eye. Do breath of fire for 11 minutes. Inhale and hold the breath for 20 seconds, then bring the hands in gian mudra at shoulder level, chant Ong as long as you can then take a breath and continue chanting Ong for 11 minutes, inhale and hold the breath for 20 seconds & focus on 3rd eye. Visualize the inner home and add the creativity, intuition, and balance to use at any time you choose.
