Today we fill our home with more reserve courage and creativity. Sit in easy pose, hands in GM breath of fire for 3 minutes. Switch to Shuni (middle finger) mudra and continue breath of fire for 3 minutes. The 3rd mudra is Surya (ring finger) for 3 minutes, then Buddhi (pinky finger) mudra for 3, then the Yogi mudra for 3 min. This will be for a total of 15 minutes. Lie down in corpse pose for 7 minutes. Repeat this set 2 times today. Continue to fill the rooms with reserves of energy available whenever you need these qualities for you inner strength and identity.
