This meditation is for expanding the horizons of your elemental, creative consciousness.(1) Tantric Kriya: Sit in easy pose, your elbows at your sides and your palms face-up. Interlace your fingers so both your palms and fingers point up with your left pinky finger closest to the chest. Your thumbs point away from your body and are parallel to the ground. Relax your hands and fingers. Rest this mudra in your lap. Inhale for 4 seconds and on the exhale chant “Wahe Guru” 12 times. Listen to yourself deeply as you chant. Your eyes are focused at the tip of your nose. Continue for 11 to 31 minutes and end with deep relaxation as you feel your creative energy in abundance. Sit in easy pose with your elbows relaxed at your sides and your palms face-up at your heart center. Make a shallow cup touching the sides of your hands. Try to create little or no opening between your palms where the pinky fingers touch. Your fingers point away from your body and are relaxed about 30 degree up from parallel. Look into your hands for a minute, then close your eyes. With reverence, chant this mantra in a monotone: “Ek Ong Kar Sat Gur Prasad, Sat Gur Prasad Ek Ong Kar” Each repetition takes about 5 seconds. Let your breath find itself. Continue for 11 to 31 minutes. Sit and dwell in the experience of being a lighthouse, a beacon of hope (3)
Do each meditation for 11 minutes each, once in the morning and once in the evening a total of 44 minutes.

Sit in easy pose with your hands in GM on your knees. As you say the mantra, "I am the great spirit," cross your wrists at the heart with your left hand closest to your body. The wrists should cross when you say the words “I am”. Then lower your hands and rest them on your knees. Cross your wrists at the heart again and say the mantra, "Wow, I am the great Spirit,” with the wrists crossing at “I am”. Continue to move your arms back and forth, from your heart to your knees. Repeat the 2 mantras alternately for 11 to 31 minutes.”
Either do this 4 times throughout the day for 11 minutes or 2 times for 22 minutes. Enjoy as a yogi (4) your calm (9) inner home (7) which holds the sacred connection (2) to infinity (11) within their heart (4).

Calm (9) inner home (7) where connection (2) to manifest radiance (10) and bliss (3) are your priority

Sit in easy pose with your hands in GM on your knees. Concentrate at the third eye. Inhale deeply and on the exhale repeat the mantra "Wahe Guru” eight times out loud. Continue for 11 minutes. Inhale and turn your eyes up the 10th gate at the top of your head; apply MB while you concentrate and pull the energy all the way up to the top of your head and hold for 20 seconds. Exhale and repeat 2 more times. Relax with your hands in your lap with LDB for 3 minutes. Now sit in EP with hands in Venus lock just below the diaphragm. Chant Har, Haray, Haree Wha He Guru pulling the navel strongly on each syllable. Repeat 11 minutes. Do this twice today. Enjoy being calm (9) in your inner home (7) radiating (10) your blissful (3) connection (2) to your higher self.

Calm (9) inner home (7) with deep connection (2) to infinity (11)

Sit in easy pose. With your palms facing away from your body, bring your hands near your shoulders to approximately the level of the root of your nose (as if taking a vow); hands are relaxed and fingers are slightly spread. Look to the top of your head. Chant the mantra, "Wahe Guru" 16 times on each exhale. Continue for 11 minutes. Do the KC and consolidate the energy of your subtle body. Then sit on your heels and place the hands out in front of you in Sphinx pose. Mentally chant Wahe when you are in the up position, then mentally chant Guru as your forehead touches the ground. Do this for 11 minutes . Relax in corpse pose for 3 minutes. Repeat this set 2 times today if you can. Enjoy the calmness (9) and the connected (2) sense of infinity (11) it brings to your inner home (7).

Calm (9) inner home (7) where the connection (2) to your higher self with courage (8) gives you grace (10)

Part 1: Sit in easy pose and spread your arms wide to your sides with palms facing forward. Spread your fingers wide apart and keep tension in your fingers. Hold this posture with LDB for 2 minutes. Part 2: Sit in easy pose with your hands on your knees and very slowly bring your hands 4 inches apart at the heart level, palms facing each other, fingers pointing up. Pay attention to the energy in between your palms as you hold your palms still. LDB for 2 minutes with your eyes focused at the third eye.
Part 3: Sit in easy pose with your palms together at the heart center, keeping tension in your palms and fingers. Sit straight. Do LDB for 2 minutes. Part 4: Remain in the same posture and bend forward. Touch your forehead to the ground in front of you. Relax in this position with LDB. Create a deep state of fearlessness. Continue for 2 minutes. Inhale deeply, then exhale and sit up in easy pose. Part 5: Kirtan Kriya: chant “Sa” and touch the tips of your index fingers to the tips of your thumbs, chant “Ta” and touch the tips of your middle fingers to your thumbs, chant “Na” and touch the tips of your ring fingers to your thumbs, then chant “Ma” and touch the tips of your pinkies to your thumbs. Continue for 3 minutes. This takes 11 minutes, do this 2 times in the morning and twice later in the day.
Enjoy adding the courage (8) to your calm (9) inner home (7) full of deep connected (2) self and enjoy the grace and radiance (10) you exude through your presence today.

Calm (9) inner home (7) where you can experience the deep inner connection (2) to your own inner light
Today we reinforce the aura (7) which creates our inner home (7).

Sit in easy pose and focus at the third eye. Extend your right arm out in front of you at a 60o angle, palm facing down. Your left arm is extended behind you at 60° with the palm facing up as well. Chant "Ong" and close your fingers into your palms, then chant "Sohung" as you open your fingers up. Continue for 1 minute. Reverse the arm position with your left arm in front and your right arm back. Continue for 1 minute.  Repeat reversing the arm position and continuing the open/ close movement for 1 minute 4 additional times. To end: relax your hands on your knees in GM. Inhale with your chin in and chest out; roll your eyes up internally, looking at the third eye, and imagine you are completely self-contained and balanced within your strong aura.This meditation takes 6 minutes total. Do this whenever you feel scattered; it will balance and contain you. For mastering the aura, practice this twice per day. A strong aura provides containment, which creates a sanctuary for you and others.
Enjoy reinforcing the outer structure (7 aura) which protects your inner home and provides you with calmness (9) and connection to (2) true self.

Sit in easy pose with your hands on your knees in Surya Mudra (thumb and ring finger touch on each hand). Focus your eyes on the tip of your nose. Inhale in a 4-part segmented breath (one inhale broken into 4 “sniffs”):
• On the first sniff turn your head over the left shoulder”
• On the second sniff turn your head over the right shoulder
• On third sniff turn back over the left shoulder
• On the fourth sniff turn over to the right shoulder
On the exhale, return the head to the center, then chant “Wahe Guru” 8 times. Begin again the 4-part segmented inhale while turning your head as described above and again chanting “Wahe Guru” on the exhale in the center. Continue for 11 minutes. To end: inhale, hold the breath and feel the arcline, between your ears across your forehead, integrating heaven and earth. Feel the arcline to be “I am, I am.” Dwell in your complete radiance and energy. This can be practiced for 31 minutes, 62 minutes, and up to 2 1⁄2 hours. The effects of this meditation give complete mental mastery as the meditation connects your individual arcline with the Cosmic arcline. From this connection, the entire universe attunes to your Higher Self, and your Higher Self attunes to the entire universe. Sit in easy pose and rest your hands on your knees in GM. Focus at the third eye, keeping your chest lifted. Turn your head to the left as you say “Sat,” then bring the head back to center and say “Nam.” Repeat 4 times. Turn your head to the right as you say “Wahe,” then bring your head back to center and say “Guru”. Repeat 4 times. Continue doing this for 11 minutes; the breath will self-regulate. Do this 4times today or twice for 22 minutes. Enjoy adding more balance (5) to your inner home where the oneness (2) exists in abundance, and your calmness (9) is very palpable today.

Develop your capacity as a yogi. Sit in EP focus at the 3rd eye. Hands in yogi mudra. Do BOF for 11 minutes. Then same mudra chant Ong namo guru dev namo, guru dev namo guru deva. Develop your prayerful yogic self and deepen the focus (6) and connect to the golden chain of enlightened yogi's who have mastered themselves before us. See that your inner home has full reserves of connectedness (2), intuition(6), and deep power from the neutral mind (4 the true yogi's home)

Calm balanced inner home with a deep sense of "inside" connectedness and full of bliss

The 7 is your inner home, the 9 is calm, 5 is balance, 2 is connectedness and we master the bliss in life. Many times this month the pattern repeats, the numbers will be the same except the day number. Today 21st is the same as the 3rd, 12th, and the 30th which provide the opportunity to master bliss.
Easy Pose with hands resting on the knees. Bring entire energy and consciousness to the third center at the navel point. Silently vibrate ‘Sa Ta Na Ma’ in Kirtan Kriya style moving the fingers for 11 minutes. Continue to chant out loud for another 5 minutes. Inhale, stretch the spine up and relax and project out of the body. Imagine going into the universe, keep imagining going out of the body for 5 -11minutes. Inhale and relax.
Do this 2 times today and imagine the yellow color of the sun and create the perfect amount of heat to digest and create your blissful home within.
