Sit in easy pose and rest your hands on your knees in gian mudra. Focus at the third eye, keeping your chest lifted. Turn your head to the left as you say “Sat,” then bring the head back to center and say “Nam.” Repeat 4 times. Turn your head to the right as you say “Wahe,” then bring your head back to center and say “Guru”. Repeat 4 times. Continue doing this for 11 minutes; the breath will self-regulate.” Do this 4times today or twice for 22 minutes. Enjoy adding more balance (5) to your inner home where the oneness (2)exists in abundance, and your calmness (9)is very palpable today.
