As we welcome the refreshing energies of spring, let’s cultivate mindful practices to nourish our well-being. Here are some rejuvenating rituals to embrace the season:

Abyanga – Warm Oil Massage:
Start your day with Abyanga, a warm oil massage that offers numerous benefits for your well-being.

Oil Pulling and Tongue Scraping:
Follow with oil pulling and tongue scraping to promote oral health and detoxification.

Hydrating Citrus Water:
Kickstart your morning by sipping warm water with a few drops of lime or lemon, avoiding sweeteners for a cleansing effect.

Yoga and Meditation for Balancing the Digestion:
Engage in yoga and meditation practices to harmonize the third body, then after your practice stand in the sun, focusing on renewal and the blossoming energy of spring.

Nutrient-Rich Green Drink:
For breakfast, nourish yourself with a nutrient-packed green drink:

1 tablespoon MCT oil
1 tablespoon hemp seeds
1 tablespoon whole flax seeds
Stevia to taste
1/2 lime squeezed
1 teaspoon spirulina
1 small romaine lettuce
3 sprigs fresh mint
1 avocado
A pinch of sea salt
Blend this all up and enjoy!

Restructured Sun-Water:
Hydrate throughout the day with restructured water. Place a large glass jar of filtered water in the sun for 8 hours for a refreshing and revitalizing drink.

Mindful Eating:
Embrace a plant-focused diet and minimize sugar intake for enhanced vitality.

Digital Detox:
Avoid screens after 8 pm and before 8 am to promote restful sleep and mindful mornings.

Gratitude Journal and Breathwork:
Before bedtime, express gratitude in a journal and practice alternate nostril breathing for a serene night’s sleep.
