Calm (9) secure inner home(7) and blissfully (3) intuitive.

Each and every day of 2016 we have the opportunity to create a calm (9) inner home, full of security (7). Breathe through the left nostril to create "calm(9)" for 3 minutes. Raise the arms up to 60 degrees thumbs out fingers tucked in to the palms. Do BOF for 3 minutes. Keep repeating this sequence until you feel calm and secure today.
In terms of the day we create bliss (3) to make sure the external interactions are at ease. Do stretch pose at least 3 minutes to engage the navel point (3rd body is the positive mind). Then come into Ganesh mudra (left thumb at the top of the bridge of the nose, grab the little finger of the left hand with the right hand gripping that little finger, all of the other fingers of the left hand tuck in to the left palm). Do BOF for 11 minutes. The focus on your 6th body will create inner ease for the day. Later in the day repeat stretch pose 3 minutes then come into EP with hands in prayer pose, thumbs touching the inner eye socket next to the nose. Do BOF for 11 minutes. This stimulates the (6) body to increase intuition. Observe the difference in the meditations for yourself and notice if your inner ease was noticeably different. Celebrate your increased command of your own inner and outer Self.
