Each day in 2016 according to this system of numerology, we have the opportunity to create a calm (9) and secure )7) inner home. Breathe through the left nostril to create the calm (9) for 3 minutes. Raise the arms up to 60 degrees thumbs out fingers tucked in to the palms. Do BOF for 3 minutes. Create ease in your external interactions by doing stretch pose for 3 minutes to master your bliss (3), and energize the 8th body, by doing windmills for 5 ½ to 11 minutes . When you come up on the inhale really open the chest. Then sit on the heels, inhale up and exhale bow down for 5 ½ to 11 minutes and imagine how huge your infinity is. In the up position mentally repeat Sat Nam and when your forehead touches the ground mentally repeat Wahe Guru. Celebrate your journey of self-mastery by confirming your intention of the day.
