Breathe through the left nostril to create the calm (9) for 3 minutes. Raise the arms up to 60 degrees thumbs out fingers tucked in to the palms. Do BOF for 3 minutes.
Today we create external Ease by mastering our (3) body. Do stretch pose for 3 minutes. Come into archer pose (10) to create inner Ease and do each side for 3 minutes. Then sit in EP hands in yogi mudra (4) for 11 minutes with long deep breathing, inhaling Sat and exhaling Nam (mentally). Repeat tis sequence 2 times today.
