Calm (9), secure (7) inner home, which contains bliss (3) more bliss (3) and is extremely intuitive (6)

Each and every day in 2016 we have the calm (9), secure (7) inner home. Breathe through the left nostril to create the calm (9) for 3 minutes. Raise the arms up to 60 degrees thumbs out fingers tucked in to the palms. Do BOF for 3 minutes and keep repeating this sequence until you do feel calm and secure.
Today we achieve bliss to create external Ease. The difference from 3-3 is that we achieve bliss by mastering bodies1 and 2 (12). Sit in EP and do spine flex (1) for 3 minutes, then sit in Rock pose (2) and do spine flex for 3 minutes. Then do stretch pose for 3 minutes to lock in the 3rd body mastery. Sit up in EP and place the hands at the 3rd eye (6) and put them in prayer pose with the thumbs in the eye socket corners. Chant Ong. When you run out of breath then take a new breath and chant as long as you can, continue for 11 minutes. Repeat this sequence 2 times today.

Celebrate by affirming “ I am a Calm (9), Secure(7), Blissful(3) from being Creative (1) Connected (2)}, and Intuitive (6) being of light , Now”. I command my-Self to be this Now.
