Calm (9), secure (7) inner home full of courage (8) , balance (5) , and bliss (3)

Breathe through the left nostril to create the calm (9) for 3 minutes. Raise the arms up to 60 degrees thumbs out fingers tucked in to the palms. Do BOF for 3 minutes.
Today we will do asanas to create balance, bliss,and courage. Sit in EP with the hands in surya mudra , shoulder height (5) and do BOF for 3 minutes. Lie on the back and do stretch pose for 3 minutes (3) . Stand up and do windmills (8) for 3 minutes. Repeat this sequence 2 times today .
Celebrate your calm (9) home which contain a strong shield (7) full of courage (8) balance (5) and bliss (3).
