The (8) comes from (1) + (7) so do body drops for 3 minutes (1), and ego eradicator (7). Do windmills for 5 1⁄2 to 11 minutes . When you inhale up really open the chest. Sit on the heels and do bowing for 5 1⁄2 to 11 minutes and imagine how huge your infinity is. In the up position mentally repeat Sat Nam and when your forehead touches the ground mentally repeat Wahe Guru.
