Each and every day of 2016 according to this system of numerology, we can create a secure (7), calm (9) inner home. Breathe through the left nostril to create calm (9) for 3 minutes. Raise the arms up to 60 degrees thumbs out fingers tucked in to the palms. Do BOF for 3 minutes. If you do not feel secure and calm keep repeating this sequence until you do.

Today we achieve bliss to create external Ease. The difference from 3-3 is that we achieve bliss by mastering bodies 2 and 1,(21). When you run out of breath then take a new breath and chant as long as you can and continue for 11 minutes. Repeat this sequence 2 times today.
