Each and every day of 2016 according to this system of numerology, we have the potential for a calm (9) and secure (7) inner home. Sit on the heels and practice bowing (11) for 5 1⁄2 to 11 minutes and imagine how huge infinity is. In the up position mentally repeat Sat Nam and when your forehead touches the ground mentally repeat Wahe Guru.
