28 March Ten Body Numerology with Guruchander

Radiant (10) Blissfull (3) Yogi (4) with a calm (9), secure (7) inner home.

Each and every day of 2016 according to this system of numerology, we have the potential for a calm (9) and secure (7) inner home. Breathe through the left nostril to create calmness (9) for 3 minutes. To feel secure, raise the arms up to 60 degrees thumbs out fingers tucked in to the palms BOF for 3 minutes.
Today we create external Ease by mastering our (3) body. Do stretch pose for 3 minutes. The (10) comes from (2+8) . Do spine flex (2) for 3 minutes, then (8) windmills for 3 minutes. Come
into archer pose (10) to create inner Ease and do each side for 3 minutes. Then sit in EP and do yogi mudra (4) for 11 minutes LDB inhaling Sat and exhaling Nam (mentally). Repeat this sequence 2 times today.

Celebrate “I am a Calm, Secure, Blissful, Radiant Yogi and I vibrate my radiant light to myself and all beings, now”.
