The (6) comes from (1+5) so we will tune these 2 bodies up before we focus on the (6). Sit in EP do spine flex (1) for 3 minutes. Then sit in EP and chant long Sat Nam for 3 minutes (5) with hands in Buddhi mudra (5). Sit in EP hands in yogi mudra (4) focus at the 3rd eye (6) do BOF for 3 minutes. Then come into archer pose (10) for 5 1/2 minutes each side . Do this sequence 2 times today.

Celebrate yourself as a yogi (4) who calmly (9) radiates (10) security (7) by remembering " God and me, me and God are one." Enjoy and celebrate the power of focus (6) which gives infinite intuition (6).
