The Calm (9, Secure (7)) inner home of a yogi (4)

Each day in 2016, according to this system of numerology, we have the opportunity to create a calm (9) and Secure (7)inner home. Breathe through the left nostril to create Calm (9) for 3 minutes. Raise the arms up to 60 degrees thumbs out, fingers tucked into the palms with BOF for 3 min. to create a strong aura so you can feel Secure (7).

The 1st (9) is when we add (1+8). Sit in between the heels (celibate pose) and do spine flex (1) for 3 minutes, then do 3 minutes of windmills (8).Today keep it simple. Sit in EP hands in prayer pose, inhale 'Sa Ta Na Ma Wa He Gu Ru' in 8 broken breaths through the nose and 8 exhales out same mantra mentally for 11 minutes. Repeat the sequence 2 times today.

Celebrate the mastery (9) of your aura (7) as a yogi (4).
