The (5) today comes from (2+3) so we will tune these 2 bodies up also. Sit with legs spread out to the sides (2), inhale up and exhale down (1) for 3 minutes. Then come lying on the back and do stretch pose (3) for 3 minutes. Sit in EP hands in prayer pose at the heart center (4), inhale 'Sat' exhale 'Nam' for 11 minutes. Do this sequence 2 times today.
Each day in 2016, according to this system of numerology, we have the opportunity to create a Calm (9) and Secure (7)inner home. Breathe through the left nostril to create Calm (9) for 3 minutes.
