tongue or a small rounded mouth, inhale through mouth or tongue and exhale through the nose for 11 minutes. Repeat sequence 2 times today.

minutes. Then windmills (8) for 3 minutes. Sit in EP with hands in Ganesh mudra (6) and do LDB (long deep breathing) for 11 minutes. Repeat sequence 2 times today
