EP stare at the tip of the nose turn the head to the left chant 'Wha' middle 'He' right 'Guru' (9) hands are in yogi mudra. Chant for 22 minutes. Repeat sequence 2 times today.

Calm (9) secure (7) person who is courageous (8) and radiant (10)
Because the (10) comes from (1+9) sit in EP and do spine flex (1) for 3 minutes. Do windmills (8) for 5 1/2 minutes. Then do archer pose (10) for 5 1/2 minutes per side. Repeat sequence 2 times today.

Calm (9) secure (7) person deeply connected (2) to their higher self Do camel baby (2) for 11 minutes. Repeat sequence 2 times today.

Because the (3) comes from (1+2) sit in EP do spine flex (1) for 3 minutes. Then sit in RP(rock pose/on heels) and do spine flex (2) for 3 minutes. Come into stretch pose (3) for 3 minutes. Do archer pose (10) for 3 minutes per side. Repeat sequence 2 times today.

Calm (9) secure (7) infinite (11) yogi (4)
Because the (4) comes from (2+2) sit in RP and do spine flex (2) for 3 minutes. Then sit in EP with hands in yogi mudra (4) chant the Mul Mantra (11) for 11 minutes. Repeat sequence 2 times today.

Because the (5) comes from (2+3) sit in RP (2) and do spine flex for 3 minutes. Then do stretch pose (3) for 3 minutes. Sit in EP and chant (5) I am bountiful, 'I am bountiful, blissful and beautiful, bountiful, blissful and beautiful I am' for 11 minutes.

Because the (6) comes from (2+4) sit in RP and do spine flex (2) for 3 minutes, then place hands in yogi mudra (4) and do BOF for 3 minutes. Place hands at 3rd eye with thumbs in corner of eye socket, palms together and do BOF(breath of fire) for 11 minutes. Repeat sequence 2 times today.

To harmonize the 2 deeper, constant energies for this year: To feel Secure (7) and to increase your capacity for Calmness (9). Breathe through the left nostril (9) for 3 minutes. Raise the arms up to 60 degrees thumbs out, fingers tucked into the palms with BOF for 3 min. to create a strong aura (7), which makes you to feel Secure (7). Repeat all exercises 2 times each day.
