Because the 8 comes from (2+6) sit in RP and do spine flex (2) for 3 minutes. Then place hands in Ganesh mudra (6) and do BOF for 3 minutes. Stand and do windmills (8) for 11 minutes. Repeat sequence 2 times today.

Calm (9), Secure (7) master (9) of 'being'
Because the (9) in the soul position comes from (2+7) sit in RP and do spine flex (2) for 3 minutes. Bring the arms out to the side palms up (7) inhale turn head to the left chant 'Wha' middle 'He', right 'Guru' for 11 minutes. Repeat sequence 2 times today.

Because the soul number comes from (2+8) sit in RP and do spine flex (2) for 3 minutes. Do windmills (8) for 3 minutes. Then come into archer pose (10) and do 5 1/2 minutes per side. Repeat sequence 2 times today

In RP place hands on ground in Sphinx pose (11) in the upward position whisper 'Wha' , half way down whisper 'He' and bow forehead to ground whisper 'Guru'. Do this as slow (9) as you can. Repeat sequence 2 times today.

Come into stretch pose (3) for 3 minutes. Do archer pose (10) 3 minutes per side . Sit in EP place hands in yogi mudra (4) and become (0) Shunia by rejecting any identity that comes to your mind (I am not...) for 11 minutes. Repeat sequence 2 times today.

Because the (4) comes fro (1+3) do stretch pose for 3 minutes, then sit in EP and do spine flex (1) for 3 minutes. Sit in EP and do yogi mudra (4) chant the Mul mantra for 11 minutes. Repeat the sequence 2 times today.

To harmonize the 2 deeper, constant energies for this year: To feel Secure (7) and to increase your capacity for Calmness (9). Breathe through the left nostril (9) for 3 minutes. Raise the arms up to 60 degrees thumbs out, fingers tucked into the palms with BOF for 3 min. to create a strong aura (7), which makes you to feel Secure (7). Repeat all exercises 2 times each day.
