Because the soul number (3) comes from (1+2) sit in EP and do spine flex (1) for 3 minutes. Then sit in RP and do spine flex (2) for 3 minutes. Chant I am bountiful, blissful, and beautiful (3) for 11 minutes. Repeat sequence 2 times today.

Because the soul number (4) comes from (1+4) sit in EP and do spine flex (1) for 3 minutes.
Then do stretch pose (3) for 3 minutes. Sit in EP with yogi mudra (4) turn the head to the left and chant Sat , to the right chant Nam for 11 minutes. Repeat sequence 2 times today.

Then sit in EP and put fingers in front thumbs in back hands on shoulders (4) and inhale twist to the left , exhale twist to the right for 3 minutes. Now in EP chant (5) 'healthy am I, happy am I, holy am I' for 11 minutes with hands in gyan mudra at throat level out by the shoulders, elbows relaxed. Repeat sequence 2 times today.

Because the soul number (6) comes from (1+5) sit in EP and do spine flex (1) for 3 minutes. Come into cat cow (5) and flex spine inhale head up, exhale head down for 3 minutes. Come into EP with Ganesh mudra BOF for 11 minutes. Repeat sequence 2 times today.
