Windmills (8) 3 minutes. Bowing (11) 3 minutes. Archer pose (10) 3 minutes on each side.

Sit in easy pose with hands in yogi mudra (4) turn head to left chant 'Wha' out loud, then 'Hay' in middle and turn to right and chant 'Guru' (11) for 11 minutes.

Archer pose (10) for 3 minutes per side. Bowing (11) 3 minutes. Stretch pose (3) 3minutes. Chant: 'I am bountiful, blissful, beautiful, bountiful, blissful and beautiful I am' for 3 minutes.

Bowing (11) 6 minutes. Yogi mudra (4) inhale thru nose, exhale with 8 strokes out through pursed lips for 11 minutes.

Stretch pose (3) 3 minutes. Bowing (11) 3 minutes. Chant; (5) I am bountiful,blissful,beautiful, bountiful, blissful and beautiful I am' (3) for 11 minutes.

Soul (1+3) EP spine flex 3 minutes. Stretch pose (3) 3 minutes. Yogi mudra (4) chant 'Ong' (6) focus at the tip of the nose for 11 minutes.

DAILY WARM UPS: To harmonize the 2 deeper, constant energies for this year: To feel Secure (7) and to increase your capacity for Calmness (9). Breathe through the left nostril (9) for 3 minutes. Raise the arms up to 60 degrees thumbs out, fingers tucked into the palms with BOF for 3 min. to create a strong aura (7), which makes you feel Secure (7). Repeat all exercises 2 times each day.
