• Increased Bankruptcy Risk: A study by economists at Vanderbilt, Kentucky, and Pittsburgh universities found that lottery winners are more likely to declare bankruptcy within three to five years than the average American.

These statistics seem unbelievable, but they reveal a powerful truth: nothing changes until your energy changes.

As yogis, we understand that we live in a quantum reality, not a Newtonian one. We consciously create our reality from the inside out. More money alone doesn’t make you the person who can energetically sustain that new reality. It’s about who you become in the process.

• See: I hold a clear intention for who I want to be.
• Feel: I immerse myself in the positive emotions I would experience if that intention were already my reality.
• Do: I engage in yogic practices that elevate my energy, aligning myself with my highest potential.
• Review: Every morning, I journal to review the previous day’s triggers or moments where I lost awareness.

It’s a continuous cycle—see, feel, do, review. By living this practice, I know that when the day comes when I win the lottery (or achieve any other goal), I’ll already be the person who can hold it all.
