Try this yogic technique…..
Cause your triggers are actually ‘levelling up’ messengers
“When writing the story of your life, don’t let anyone (or anything) else hold the pen.” ~Unknown
The best time to rewrite your “story” is right before going to sleep or when waking up. There is less resistance during those times and I found this cool yogic affirmation process you can try.
After you identify an area where you would like to have more ease pick an affirmation which would help to rewirte your story: Here are some yogic ones I found:
* I forgive my past 3x
* I forget myself, I forgive myself, I dont exist
* I am born of the light
I am the light
I am enlightened
* I am beautiful, I am innocent, I am innocent, I am beautiful
* I am bountiful, blissful and beautiful, bountiful, blissful and beautiful I am
* I am happy I am good 3x
Then 2x daily, when dropping off to sleep and when waking up:
Lay in bed and inhale deep, hold that breath and suspend it then
Repeat the affirmation 3x mentally and then out loud 1x
Repeat this process 11 times
