When YOU get squeezed what do you get?
Let this pressured time be for deeper Self awareness.
Practice naming the feeling that’s up and just feel it and be with it, dont fight or feed the emotion. Use your breath to stay present.
Then get moving ’cause emotions have a way of getting stuck and to find balance we need motion. Dance, Yoga, Tai Chi, Walk, Run, Clean….
Remember that you have feelings but you’re not your feelings….and actual freedom is found in that reality.
