Thank you mother nature for an amazing re-set.  We went to Bosque Del Apache and White Sands in Southern New Mexico.

The story about Bosque Del Apache made me think about our yoga practice….  In 1939 there was this huge piece of land which a few dedicated souls decided would be amazing to use as a bird sanctuary.  We are talking about the high desert, not a typical lush bird type of place.  So they worked the land by adding water ways, growing the foods which feed the birds, in short they created an environment which supports the life of birds. They now come now by the thousands, all year long. No PR campaign was necessary because when the environment is right life will flourish. It always does.

The practice of kundalini yoga creates the environment for a Spirit filled life.  Thousands of birds travel hundreds of thousands of miles to their sanctuary, no map, no GPS , the environment just pulls them to itself.  This yoga creates an inner environment which magnetizes and pulls towards itself a spirit filled life.
