Tomorrow we celebrate the cyclic wheel of the year with a special 9am class.
As we bring awareness to the patterns of light to dark and back again, we become more attuned to our inner subtle balance between the light and dark. This awareness is THE key to yoga, and the conscious unfolding of our lives.
To celebrate our renewal during this solar festival, we’ll practice unique yoga, pranayam and meditations to ignite:
- new life
- balance of the light and the shadow
- harmony of the elements
Please bring paper and pen and make yourself some spearmint or lemongrass tea.
