No Regrets

Young Siri Atma started telling her friends: “I love you” each time she said goodbye. She said that she did this because she didn’t know if she would see them again….months before she passed.
Yogis meditate at the cremation grounds in India, to remember.
No one knows their time of death, and perhaps because of this we can make the powerful choice to live with no regrets.
- To have that difficult conversation where you have to open up YOUR kimono
- To stay present when all you want to do is hide
- To not point fingers but choose to put your “assontheline” instead
A simple practice to live with no regrets:
Every night before sleep, review the interactions of the day and observe if you feel content. Because the opposite of regret is contentment. Then the next day step into whatever shows up with total commitment, open your kimono, stay present and then fall asleep with NO REGRET.
A simple practice so your last breath can be one of contentment.
I love you
