Today is my birthday and following my personal tradition, I spend my morning practice tuning into what I’d like to be with this coming year around the sun.
To:
- observe the pair of opposites to clarify what I choose to align with
- slow down and “presence”
- allow the flow of creativity full expression through me
- be mindful as to what I’m sowing in my energetic field
- stop ‘trying hard’ facing upstream
- ‘allow more’ facing downstream
