Marinate or Procrastinate

It takes great courage and self reflection to know when you HAVE to marinate and then choose to be still and stay in the uncomfortableness of it all.

And to know when you’re actually procrastinating the being with what needs being with.

This marinating is not for the weak of heart. It takes huge courage to sit with our shadows and make peace with it all. The cool thing is that the marinating in it is how you make peace with it.

So how to observe when you’re procrastinating?
A sure sign is that you get totally busy with: solving, understanding, judging, learning more, or cleaning your house, car, boat, etc. you get the idea. This is a way to avoid the real work that is asking to be done by you and how we avoid the marinating process of life.

Astrologically this is a great time to sit and marinate….. to be still, to be with it all and let life do its thing.
