“The highest reward for a person’s toil is not what they get for it, but what they become by it” John Ruskin
The art of conscious ‘toiling’ is where we get to take our practice off the mat and out into the world. Then every interaction no matter how seemingly large or small becomes your teacher. Have you noticed this teacher never sleeps or goes on holidays?
We will fail, not just once or twice but often. We will get hurt, and we’ll hurt others.
It takes courage and perseverance to succeed with this never sleeping teacher.
Many get stuck in the negative and painful aspect of this leaning process. This is like your washing machine never getting to the rinse cycle…. and it just washes and repeats.
DId you know that language has way more words for painful and negative experiences then it does for positive and pleasant ones? Even our language reflects where most of us dwell.
You are meant to shine, and to prosper, and yes it’s because of your ‘toil and what you become by it’.
We are here for you, kundalini yoga will recalibrate your nervous system, the meditations will heal your heart, and the purushartha method will teach you how to take yourSelf out into the world.
We are sharing the Purushartha method this weekend, and you can still join us if you’re interested!
May you live within the infinite breath of life.
