I bow to the self organizing principle of the Universe with each Sat Nam
yet
I hold on to emotions and feelings as if they belonged to me,
Trying to figure them out, process them, heal them, journal about them….
and in spite of my best efforts, they appear again and again
What if
Earth quakes, rain storms, wild fires, tornadoes and emotions are the way nature invites balance
What if
Emotions are a marvelous way in which the divine seeks to harmonize life
What if we can experience all sensations like wind on our face…..
