Focus for the month of February:
The month in the Yogic Numerology system mirrors the Karma number. Karma reflects blocks which impede living in the expansive flow of your dharma. Dharma is that which upholds and supports your purpose in life.  Karma refers to thoughts and actions which are not completed, these karmic blocks are the ‘charge’, the reactions, which uncompleted thoughts and actions hold.These are completed when they move through the negative mind, then through the positive mind and then are integrated consciously to neutrality in the heart, the 4th Body, the neutral mind.  

With our creativity stimulated during January from the connection to our soul, during February this creative energy starts its journey through the 3 aspects of the mind. Patanjali refers to this process of the 3 minds as Samyama.  
Yoga Sutras of Patanjali: “Samyama occurs when these three processes flow together harmoniously, integrating the full spectrum of the mind’s potential.” III, 4. as translated by Mukunda Stiles.

Here is a general overview for the karma number in February.
2nd chakra, Negative Mind, Protective aspect of the mind, Connection, ruled by Venus, color orange, element water.

February gives us a chance to be with the karmic lessons held in our second body. This month is  ruled by Venus which is always shining down on us and depending on our ability to use our negative mind and on our relationship to our sexuality, it could reduce the clarity of self-love that we have in our lives.
This mudra and breathing as demonstrated in the video below can be done multiple times a day if you feel you need it. It will give you access to the pure light of Venus and reveal any blocks that can be integrated this month.

The mudra is Venus lock, inhale in four parts and exhale in four parts through the nose with a little concentration on the tip of your nose. An affirmation: Let the pure light of Venus serve me every day in February.

Enjoy the pure light of Venus without distortion and the love that Venus offers us in our human being-ness.
