In the third month of March our focus is the third body, we call it the Positive Mind. The planet that rules the positive mind is the Moon. Moon in Sanskrit is Chandra, and its the moon’s energy and your relationship with it, which directs the positive mind.

In Yogic Numerology the month you’re born in points to the karma lessons which you have chosen. Karma needs to be changed to Dharma. To align with Dharma just means to be disciplined with where you focus your energy. To be a disciple (disciplined) during the third month of your moon energy and use it as a way to connect more deeply with yourself and your sensations, so you can make the best use of your positive mind. 

Think of it this way, you have access to the pure light from 10 different planets.  The third month is about the light from the moon but sometimes it’s cloudy and that cloudiness is karma. The meditation we recommend this month has the potential to actually remove the clouds so that the pure light of the moon is there for your benefit.
