The theme for our Yatra is: Rejuvenation through Connection

We’ll stay in the center of the Sacred Valley of the Incas just north of Cusco City, a place with stunning natural beauty, excellent weather, amazing archaeological remains, typical villages and gastronomy, where the Inca civilization is still alive in many ways. The Sacred Valley is so named because, in the 15th century, it was a sacred place in the Inca Empire. That empire stretched almost 2,500 miles from the center of Chile to Colombia. This valley is still considered sacred by the local people and its air of mysticism can be especially experienced in all the special places we’ll sit and meditate at. 

Our home during the yatra is at this wellness center: Arbor de La Vida in Huayoccari, right in the Sacred Valley.

They are completing the construction of the lodging and kundalini yoga space at this time and we’ll post a video to show it all to you soon. And I hear they have a sauna….
