You are the creative source and nucleus of the entire vibrational impact within your surroundings.
As beings inherently imbued with creativity, our personal choices become the architects of our existence. The tangible unfolding of our lives reflects the inner vibratory imprint ingrained within each of the 10 Bodies. Through this understanding, we gain insight into deciphering our vibrational impact and mastering the art of course corrections. The Purushartha system, identified by yogis as a four-part cycle, offers a framework for expressing this journey in the outer world — a transition from Moksha to Kama, Dharma, and finally, Artha.
The application possibilities of this system are limitless. As we embark on our goal-setting journey for 2024, let’s explore one way to implement it:
Artha: Reflecting on your past and identifying areas for change.
Moksha: Crafting your most impactful and essential goal for the year 2024.
Kama: to feel those elevated emotions now as if the intention were already manifested
Dharma: to do those actions and behaviors which will manifest the intention
Here we go:
Artha: Review the notes you took from the 10 body review process listed in the last newsletter and note any recurring feelings and write those down. If you didn’t have a chance to complete that process then just meditate and bring forward the feelings which have been dominant in your life lately and write those down.
Now look at the yogi’s 10 body feeling wheel listed below, and circle the feelings listed there which most closely relate to those you identified from your notes.
Notice that the feeling wheel starts at the center with the number of the body it relates to and then it lists the emotions generated from the negative mind then the positive mind then the neutral mind. Meditate on which body feels like it is asking for a different expression.
Journal these inquiries:
Moksha: In 2024 I intend to……..
Kama: The emotion I experience when I feel as if my intention has already manifested is…….
Dharma: The conscious actions I will take to manifest my intention are …….
Artha: I will remember to review this process every day in this way…….
