The building is under contract with a VERY cool local non-profit.  We are über grateful that the intention to manifest Purest Potential will continue in another iteration. As we are preparing for our next phase of life the one thing we are sure about is that we’ll continue to teach and share kundalini yoga. No longer at any one place, but in many places and in more creative ways.  Our community is like our family, and we promise that we are here with you for the long haul!

Yoga pose is mastered by relaxation of effort, lessening the tendency for restless breathing, and promoting an identification of oneself as living within the infinite breath of life.

The intention for doing yoga is for your life to change from the inside out. Practice the above aphorism the next time someone shares some nice juicy gossip with you or when you hear the news. These are all opportunities to practice peace vs. polarizing.  So next time you feel yourself trying to make something happen, when your breath is gone far away from your awareness, when you feel like you are judging it all. Stop. Let all the ‘efforting’ go, breathe into your center and identify yourself as living within the infinite breath of life. So you can be the soul of any place you find yourself.
