It’s hard to believe it’s been almost a month since our last newsletter. As the world seems to speed up, I’ve taken some time to slow down, tuning within to stay grounded and connected to what truly matters. Level 1: Foundations of Yogic Coherence (4 months)

This foundational level is about remembering who you truly are. Through personalized practices in Kundalini Yoga, breathwork, and sacred numerology, you’ll reconnect with your inner knowing, cultivate emotional and energetic alignment, and lay the foundation for lasting transformation. You’ll receive tailored guidance and mentorship to ensure you’re on the right path to live intentionally from the inside out.

• Personalized numerology and soul blueprint session

• Customized Kundalini Yoga and breathwork practices

• One-on-one mentoring for support and accountability

Level 2: Energetic Mastery (4 months)

At this level, you’ll dive deeper into energetic coherence, learning how to harness the power of your energy centers. Through advanced Kundalini practices, emotional regulation, and heart-brain coherence techniques, you will elevate your ability to manifest your highest potential. This level is focused on mastery over your energy, thoughts, and actions.

Level 3: The Alchemical Journey – 7 day Immersion

In the Immersion, you’ll embark on a profound transformation, deepening your practice and living what you’ve learned in the previous two levels. This stage is for those who are ready to fully embody their highest potential and step into the world with a heart-centered, aligned presence. Through advanced yogic practices, sacred rituals, and transformative ceremonies, you’ll explore the alchemical process of change, experience powerful rites of passage, and design your future from the truth of your soul. This level is where you truly begin to live the teachings and contribute to the world in your most authentic, aligned expression.

• In-depth exploration of heart-brain coherence and self-initiation practices

• Sacred rituals and ceremonies for transformation

• Integration of Yogic lifestyle practices into daily life
