The collapse of the old order and birthing of the new is encouraging us to recalibrate our nervous system from anxiety and chaos to coherence and peace.
What creates coherence is the integration of our experience.
We integrate when we have a clear intention for peace and commit to sit through the noise. The trick is to notice when the noise is ‘the noise’ and not something that requires fixing or enmeshment.
The second body attracts our lessons and tends to keep us in ‘fixing it’ mode.
The third body will expand that and could result in ‘entanglement’.
When we sit through that, what becomes possible is to live in compassion.

For the month of November, the 11th Embodiment
The 11th embodiment is the culmination of all 10 Bodies, the expression of your most authentic and peaceful Self. Our philosophy of health is that all dis-ease originates in the large intestine, and that all dis-ease comes from inflammation or anger. Therefore health and calm can be recovered by treating leaky gut syndrome and overcoming excess anger patterns.
