Our challenge is how to ‘stay lit’ as the world goes darker…

When you practice these ancient yogic techniques you hone your awareness to the subtle energies that are tied into the 10 bodies and calibrated to raise awareness.

This awareness combined with a clear intention will attract to you all the resources, people and circumstances to STAY LIT.

As individuals, we are IMMENSELY powerful. As a collective, we can light up (i.e. shift) this whole world.

Here is an EASY 3 minute practice to  keep your nervous system strong so that you can vibrate at your purest potential.

Sit in easy pose and raise your arms up straight, hugging the ears, palms together overhead with long deep breathing! Yep, that’s it!

and so excited to let you know that…..

Starting next week we’ll have sadhana every weekday from 530 till 7am.

OMG this is so HUGE.  It took a 20something  to step forward and take this on.  Can’t wait to hear your stories of transformation from practicing in community during these magical hours of the day.
