Sat Nam I keep noticing the fatigue. People are exhausted from being optimized, performed-at, and gurued. The 2026 conversation is asking for coming home to your own coherence rather than being told the answer.
This is the work I’ve been doing for decades. The industry is finally naming it. Here’s what I’m seeing: there is no one-size-fits-all way back. We are each unique in what we’re here to learn and master. Even my workouts now — at sixty-six, with my specific goals — are tailored to me. The constant push to be better, eat better, do everything better has been quietly replaced by a coming home to my own coherence, aligned with my deeper knowing. Your coherence is your north star. It guides you. And it gets very quiet when other authorities start being loud.
The work — yoga, meditation, breath, presence — is what lets you stop, tune in, and remember the baseline of peace and sovereignty that was already yours. A practice for this week.
Once a day, for five minutes: Sit comfortably. Eyes closed.
Breathe in for five seconds, out for five seconds — coherent breathing. The pace your heart and brain settle into when they’re talking to each other.
Bring your attention to your heart. Let one elevated emotion rise — gratitude, love, peace — and let it spread through the field of your 10 bodies.
Notice what gets quiet. That’s it. Five minutes. Nobody’s authority but yours.
Reply and tell me what you noticed. I read every one. With Love and Presence
