Starting next week if you want to attend classes at the studion please sign up online to reserve your space out of the 10 available spots
(No more then 10 students can be at the studio per class)
Teachers will leave the door open for you to come in and keep the windows open to allow for fresh air during class
We ask that you wash your hands before entering the room and the teacher will sign you into class
No public yoga mats, blankets, cups for water or yogi tea will be available
Place your mat 6 feet away from others on the marked with blue tape spot
We will not teach breath of fire during this time at the studio
After class let the teacher open up the door for everyone and will wipe down the door knobs with hydrogen peroxide cleaner
All classes will also be taught on Zoom

We’ve designed new Aquarian processes and found lots of kundalini yoga and meditations to help befriend the entirety of our human experience as we integrate the shadow so the light can shine more brightly.
Life offers many opportunities to create cognitive distortions that can lead to a “stance” of some of the many versions of either attack or retreat.(negative/positive minds). The problem is that a stance doesn’t allow for awareness or intuition, it needs to be protected and supported for it to stay with you and this is really hard work which takes a lot of energy….
Our focus over these 6 days:
Review the events of your life and the stances you’ve created
Set a new intention for being from a deep yogic visioning process
Identify ways to increase those feelings and experiences that are soothing and helpful
Find practices to help you create new habits to secure your intention
Together we can reach so much deeper than alone…
