The energetic body has 12 principal meridians (nadis)  and each one holds either a positive or a negative charge generated by a clock wise or counter clock wise spin of the meridian. The meeting of this negative and positive flow of electricity creates an electromagnetic field. These fields are the Bodies which protect the chakras. The actual physical organs associated with each of the meridians reflect the balance, or imbalance of the subtle anatomy. The physical expression for balance is ease and for imbalance is disease. The emotional expression at each chakra can be greed, lust, anger, attachment, pride or that energy can be transformed with an intentional practice to creativity, connection, joy, love, and harmony.   • Black garbanzo beans: soak overnight and pressure cook for 40 min
  • Black beans: soak overnight and pressure cook for 40 min
  • Corn Silk tea infusion: 1/2 cup tea in 1 quart mason jar, fill with hot water, put lid on the jar and let it sit overnight.
  • Drink freshly juiced, do not let it sit, cucumber juice
  • Apricots
  • Peaches
  • Sorghum
