I used to meditate for repair and maintenance. Now I sit to connect with that which flows the rivers. I sit for those fleeting moments of grace where I can lay down all I thought was mine to carry.

Our ceremony will start with a centering breath practice as we talk about the ending of the Kali Yug, how this is shifting all our structures and what you can do to thrive during these turbulent times.
We’ll practice a powerful kundalini yoga kriya to activate our brilliance, followed by a heart activating gong lay-out and visualization. Now we’re ready to enter the ceremonial space of transformation….
Tershula’s fire meditation will support us to fully release 2020
Sodarshan Chakra Kriya will empower us for our intention setting ritual
Then we’ll share tea and hang out both at the studio and on zoom!
December 21st SPECIAL CLASS WITH KIRN
Right after the solstice, Jupiter and Saturn will form what is known as The Great Conjunction, ushering us into a new era and leaving behind the Kali Yug. For the first time in a couple hundred years, this conjunction will take place in a new element, the air element. This indicates a paradigm shift. Air is the element of the intellect, the social sphere, and communications.
